A Balancing Act: Balancing School, Work, Social Life and Health
This short interactive class will share tips from current/recent college students and MSU Extension student workers (Ellie Baden and Jael Tombaugh) on how to find balance in life with competing options and obligations. Learn about ways to stay organized and manage your time, the importance of building a supportive social network, options for working as a student, avoiding burnout and getting academic support and enrichment to round out your education. With lots of time to reflect and apply to your life, you will leave with resources and tips to find balance in your Wheel of Life!
