Become a service provider and help grow the food and farm business ecosystem across the Great Lakes Midwest!  

The Great Lakes Midwest Regional Food Business Center (GLM-RFBC) provides and coordinates assistance for small- and mid-sized farmers, producers, and food business owners seeking to launch, grow, or sustain their business or operation in IL, IN, MI, and WI.  

We are seeking professional services from assistance providers focused on but not limited to:

• business development
• financial readiness
• post-harvest processing
• aggregation and distribution
• web development and marketing

Through the Center, we aim to further develop a connected and equitable network of providers that will lead to more thriving businesses in the region.

Here is how it works to register as a service provider: 

• If you or your business can offer a service to support the farm and food businesses in IL, IN, MI, and/or WI, please complete the registration form available below. 
• By completing the registration form, you will be added to a database of providers and considered based on your experience, qualifications, capacity, potential to contribute to a strong network of providers, and ability to advance the program’s geographical priority places.  
• Eligible service providers will be selected on a rolling basis based on the needs of farmers, producers, and food business owners.  
• Preference will be given to service providers based in IL, IN, MI, and WI. However, service providers with businesses located outside the region will also be considered. 
• PLEASE NOTE that completing the registration form does not automatically qualify you as an assistance provider. Providers will be vetted by the Center team through the information shared in the registration process, references, and potential one-on-one conversations.
